Placa da Gringa was born out of a passion for cars, the courage to start over outside Brazil and the desire to inspire people with real stories. Created by João Roverci, the project reveals the backstage of life in the United States, the day-to-day challenges and everything that surrounds the automotive universe - with a focus on importing and exporting classic machines and, more recently, meeting demands for components and spare parts. Always with an authentic, entertaining and informative look.
More than just talking about vehicles, Placa da Gringa connects cultures, communities and people who share the same love of machines, freedom and adventure on wheels.
Over time, the project has evolved: today we also handle import and export orders for parts. We put into practice all the logistical know-how acquired by the group's companies to enable access to rare components - whether for Brazilians in the US who need to keep their classics running, or for enthusiasts in Brazil looking for exclusive parts from the American market.
Although we can import vehicles to the United States or export them anywhere in the world, Brazil - our beloved country - remains our main focus.
